Well, that's good, but your symptoms could still be due to a serious problem, such as a broken bone in the spine.
Other possibilities include an injured nerve or muscle; for example a herniated (or "slipped") disc could be pressing on a nerve.
Although it could turn out to be nothing serious, symptoms like yours following a significant injury should be checked out thoroughly.
