Mobile Financial Services

This is the delivery of financial services outside conventional bank branches using a combination of telecommunication devices and banking services. An online transaction and account management platform lies behind all MobiCash solutions. The platform ensures fluid, real-time cash flow tracing that is reliable and secure. After each transaction, the server instantly balances accounts and posts the updated information so it can be securely accessed in real-time on the web.

Society for Family Health (SFH), Rwanda is a non-profit organization positioned to be the largest social marketing organization in Rwanda. It is an affiliate of Population Services International (PSI) and will be continuing PSI's work all across the country. Working in partnership within the public and private sectors, and harnessing the power of the markets, SFH will be providing life-saving products, clinical services and social and behavior change communications (SBCC) that empower Rwanda's most vulnerable populations to lead healthier lives. SFH implements diverse public health interventions in HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, malaria, and maternal and child health including nutrition.

RSSB to partner with MobiCash to ease Mutuelle de Santé payment

RSSB Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) has announced plans to partner with MobiCash to ease collection of payment for community based health insurance (Mutuelle de Santé) across the country.
