Risk factors for coronary heart disease include
tobacco use
family history of heart attack or angina at an early age
abnormal cholesterol levels, especially a high LDL (bad) cholesterol and a low HDL (good) cholesterol
diabetes or pre-diabetes
high blood pressure.
